Job Title- Oracle Retail Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist (MFCS, IMCS, SACS, PCS, SIOCS)

Location: Remote - United States (EST or CST time zones), Harrisburg (PA) or close by will be preferred.

Engagement Details:

• Contract Duration: 1 year, will extend for 2-5 years based on extension

• Work Hours: EST or CST business hours, with flexibility for critical issues

• Travel: Minimal, occasional workshops or governance meetings

Role Overview:

The Oracle Retail Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist will provide production support and subject matter expertise for Oracle Retail Cloud applications, including MFCS, IMCS, SACS, PCS, and SIOCS. This role requires a blend of functional expertise (understanding retail/merchandising processes, pricing, inventory, and auditing) and technical capability (SQL, APIs, integrations, and documentation). The specialist will collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support integrations, analyze requirements, implement solutions, and optimize merchandising and inventory management processes.

Experience / Skills Required:
• Experience in Oracle Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS)
• Experience in Oracle Invoice Matching Cloud Service (IMCS) • Experience in Oracle Sales Audit Cloud Service (SACS)
• Experience in Oracle Pricing Cloud Service (PCS)
• Experience in Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS)
• Experience with Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service APIs, webservices, and Message Processing System
• Experience creating SQL queries to pull and analyze data in SIOCS Apex

Tasks To Be Performed / Skillsets Required:
• Work with production support resources to analyze root causes of issues.
• Understand overall architecture and provide consulting support.
• Make recommendations for configuration and setup changes.
• Interpret business requirements into out-of-the-box MFCS and PCS solutions; provide recommendations.
• Provide expertise on Oracle Pricing Cloud Service (PCS) integration to MFCS and support RFIs to ERP Cloud.
• Analyze and provide guidance on testing Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches.
• Modify project documentation such as MFCS and PCS security role changes, application setups, and technical integration specifications.
• Consult on changes to interfaces with Oracle Point of Service System (POS) version 14.0.1.
• Consult on changes to interfaces with Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Services (SIOCS).
• Consult on changes to interfaces with Oracle Cloud Retail Demand Forecasting (RDFCS).
• Support bulk load of pricing to SIOCS.

Years' Experience Desired:

• Overall 12+ Years of IT experience

• 3+ years with Oracle Retail Cloud Applications

• 5+ years with non-Cloud Oracle applications

Certification Preferred:
• Oracle Retail Cloud certifications (MFCS, SIOCS, or related modules
