At Hayden, Case Team Leads are responsible for managing projects, designing & executing analytical work?plans, and mentoring junior team members. Throughout your tenure, you will master project oversight and transition into leadership. Successful CTLs break down problems into issue maps, strategically evaluate information, and construct persuasive stories that have tangible, impactful meaning for our clients.
Your expected annual compensation for this level for base and bonus is between $156,000 and $169,000. In addition to your base salary and annual bonus, you will also be eligible for profit sharing (based on corporate performance), employer 401(k) match, and significant performance incentive awards which occur at promotion.
