Global Strategic Alliance LLC is seeking a Director of Customer Service to oversee our remote customer service team. As a leader in financial services and digital-asset investment, we are dedicated to providing fast, secure, and compliant transactions for our clients. Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a remote customer service team
• Ensure one call resolution for all customer inquiries
• Oversee call center operations and service sales
• Handle inbound calls and prioritize first in, first out restocking
• Manage asset protection, order processing, and replenishing

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in call center management
• Strong knowledge of product and service sales
• Experience in resolving customer complaints and issues
• Ability to process payments, handle bank deposits, and manage client services
• Proficiency in shipping, order entry, and complaint resolution

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience in bathroom remodeling
• Knowledge of asset protection and payment processing
• Ability to pull reports and analyze data for resolution

• Maximum Salary: $127,000.00
