The Licensing Manager is responsible for maintaining the licensing needs for an assigned region and managing a team of Licensing Coordinators. This includes initiating and tracking various entity and individual insurance licenses, staying informed of industry practices and state regulations, leading a team of licensing staff and providing support to the National Director of Licensing and Compliance in driving Hubs licensing and compliance initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an independent, positive, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
