We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Server for The Press Room, located at the AC Hotel n the heart of downtown Greenville. The Press Room, specializes in creative craft cocktails in a quiet upscale environment, perfect for a special occasion or a gathering of clients and friends. The purpose of the Beverage Cocktail Server is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation of personalized service.

The Essential Job Functions

• We are looking for someone to join our team who can fill the requirements below:
  
  • Available Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
  • Understanding of unique and complimentary flavor pairings
  • Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
  • Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
  • Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
