Location: Greenville SC - What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee all paint activities within our manufacturing and sustainment operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that painting activities consistently meet the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and cost efficiency IAW LM manufacturing Operation System (MOS). This role requires fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a strong emphasis on Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention, driving operational excellence and adherence to best practices across all processes.
