Morgan Corp. is currently seeking candidates for paid internships for Summer 2026.

This internship is designed for college students pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field, or those with an interest in the construction industry. Our internship program provides a realistic view of what it is like to work in the construction industry through meaningful, hands-on experiences.

Morgan Corp. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Intern to support our safety and environmental initiatives during the summer.

The intern will gain hands-on experience working with our HSE professionals in a construction and industrial environment, learning practical applications of safety and environmental regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with jobsite safety inspections and audits
  • Support environmental compliance efforts, including documentation and reporting
  • Help develop and distribute safety communications, toolbox talks, and training materials
  • Participate in incident investigations and help track corrective actions
  • Assist with data collection, recordkeeping, and HSE metrics tracking
  • Observe and support the implementation of OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
  • Collaborate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in:
    • Occupational Safety & Health
    • Environmental Health & Safety
    • Environmental Science
    • Industrial Safety
    • Or a related field
  • Completed at least one year of coursework preferred
  • Strong interest in health, safety, and environmental management
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in field and jobsite environments
Work Environment:

Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions. This position performs strenuous physical activity for long periods under varying and adverse field conditions. This position must be able to lift, carry, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out above the shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.
