Lead the global industrialization of inspection technologies supporting multiple sites throughout the globe. Lead using the Lean Methodologies and GE Vernova Leadership Principles. Provide guidance for engineers and specialists in the execution of design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. Recommend approaches to meet the technical and program requirements. Formulate strategy and implement plans to achieve business goals and directives.
