Mechanical Estimator (HVAC) Location: Greenville, SC Industry: Industrial & Commercial Construction / MEP We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator (HVAC) to support large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects. This role plays a critical part in the success of complex ground-up builds by delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates that drive strategic bidding and project execution decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong background estimating mechanical systems for high-value projects and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced MEP environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to develop detailed mechanical cost estimates. Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate labor hours, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
