As a Business Development Manager at Synera, your focus is on growing and expanding our existing customer base. Youll work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell introducing customers to new features, AI agents, and modules that unlock even more value. Youll be at the intersection of customer needs, product value, and revenue growth. That means understanding how customers use Synera today, spotting where additional automation or AI agents make sense, and turning those insights into expansion opportunities. This role is ideal if you enjoy relationship-based selling, strategic conversations, and helping customers get more value while still being hands-on and close to revenue.
