GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Store Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in our leadership team, overseeing specific areas of the store while also managing overall operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store's smooth functioning during your shifts. This includes opening and closing the store, supervising associates, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of store operations, ensuring a secure environment for customers and associates alike.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, treating every visitor with respect and courtesy.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the company's brand image while ensuring a clean and well-organized store.
  • Merchandising Oversight: Manage store presentations and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Loss Prevention: Actively participate in loss prevention strategies to safeguard store assets.
  • Front End Management: Lead the front end operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction during checkout.
  • Fitting Room Maintenance: Ensure the tidiness and adherence to procedures in fitting room areas.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with tasks assigned by the store manager, including payroll administration and cash management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and supervisory roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic mathematical skills for retail operations.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for long periods. Must be capable of bending, climbing, and lifting over 25 lbs regularly.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads (where applicable).
