These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs, and microbusinesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies./ppWere looking for a Growth Data Analyst to build and own the foundation of our marketing analytics ecosystem for Invoice Simple and Joist. This role will establish a single source of truth for marketing performance data and build the reporting and forecasting tools that enable effective planning and spend optimization./ppYoull work closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Finance teams to connect data across channels, create clear performance visibility, and generate insights that guide acquisition and retention investments./ph3Responsibilities:/h3pMarketing Data Infrastructure Source of Truth/pulliBuild and maintain a unified, reliable dataset for marketing performance metrics (spend, leads, subscriptions, revenue)./liliPartner with Data Engineering to design and QA pipelines that connect ad platforms, CDP, and subscription data./liliDefine marketing taxonomy and naming conventions to ensure data consistency across tools./li/ulpReporting Tooling/pulliBuild self-serve dashboards for spend, ROI, and funnel performance using Looker or equivalent BI tools./liliDevelop frameworks for forecasting and budgeting marketing spend and expected ROI./liliSupport leadership with recurring marketing performance reviews and ad-hoc analyses./li/ulpPerformance Analytics Insights/pulliAnalyze acquisition efficiency, CAC trends, and channel mix performance./liliIdentify data-driven opportunities to improve marketing ROI./liliPartner with Finance to reconcile spend and revenue and ensure data alignment./liliIn later stages, expand analysis to campaign effectiveness, LTV, and retention modeling./li/ulpStrategic Partnership/pulliParticipate actively in growth strategy development and planning sessions./liliProvide data-driven insights to shape strategic direction./liliPartner with Growth Lead on strategic decision making./liliIdentify opportunities for growth optimization through analytics./liliGuide strategic resource allocation based on performance data./li/ulh3Skills and Experience Needed for Success in This Role:/h3ulli4+ years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, preferably in a SaaS or consumer app environment./liliStrong SQL skills and experience building datasets for performance reporting./liliExperience working with marketing data (Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, etc.) and integrating with BI tools./liliProficiency in data visualization (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)./liliStrong understanding of acquisition funnels, attribution, and unit economics (CAC, payback, LTV)./liliAbility to translate messy, complex data into actionable insights and scalable tools./liliExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Data Engineering)./li/ulh3Personal Characteristics:/h3ulliAnalytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to build things from scratch./liliComfortable moving between high-level insights and hands-on SQL debugging./liliCurious and proactive you dont wait for direction to identify improvement opportunities./liliStrong communicator who can translate data into clear, concise narratives for non-technical partners./li/ulh3Benefits Perks:/h3ulliFlexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment in-office, remote, or hybrid/liliRobust wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend/liliFlexible and generous (FTO) time-off/liliEmployee Stock Purchase Program/liliRegistered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with 4% company match/liliContinued investment in your professional development/li/ulh3Where:/h3pRemote, Ontario/Canada/ppThe EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America./ph3Compensation:/h3pThe target base compensation for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 CAD per year in most Canada locations.
