Leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, competitor strategies, and industry trends to provide actionable insights that guide executive decisions, shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge for the organization.
Responsible for developing, articulating, and documenting business insights, with strong customer focus, including ability to think in terms of the customer service experience/perspective.
Carries out complex assignments requiring in-depth working knowledge of business principles, program and procedures and a solid understanding of relevant business issues.
Requires experience in research, data analysis, product marketing, product development, sales, or consulting.
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, leadership, time-management, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $50.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
