Job Details

Lead the development, qualification, and standardization of NDT processes supporting Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, and Generator components across manufacturing and service operations. Serve as a technical authority for multiple NDT methods, supporting complex inspections on critical power generation hardware such as rotors, blades, vanes, casings, and shafts. Develop, review, approve, and maintain NDT procedures, techniques, and inspection standards in compliance with ASNT, ASTM, ISO, GE Vernova internal specifications, and customer requirements. Partner with design, materials, repair engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure inspection readiness for new product introduction (NPI), design changes, and repair development. Support repair qualification and life extension programs, including inspection development for field-returned and aged components.
