The Program Manager at Resonetics is a senior leader in an individual contributor role who manages multi-site, multi-process, vertically integrated technologies, processes, and businesses. They oversee all activities supporting and serving strategic customers and their portfolio of new and existing products. They will drive production implementation of new product, technologies, and coordinate closely with the customer and their needs. The programs typically involve multiple (both US and International) Resonetics design and manufacturing locations, complex supply chain networks, and working with site Director's of Operations, development core teams, commercial and business development leaders, procurement, etc.

The Program Manager will be responsible for identifying tasks/deliverables, ensuring accountability and execution, negotiating and resolving conflicts, and identification of risks. They will be responsible for reporting progress to leadership and key stake holders regularly via Project Review Meeting and using pre-defined project metrics.

They act as a business partner/liaison to the customer and offer a single point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, cross-functional NPI programs from development through commercialization, including design transfer and manufacturing launch.
  • Drive execution across matrixed teams spanning multiple functions and sites.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for complex programs.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, supply chain and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate program status to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485)
  • Apply continuous improvement processes, equipment, and manufacturing scale-up initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5 + years leading large-scale NPI programs
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-functional programs in matrixed organizations.
  • Hand-on experience with design transfer, manufacturing launches, and line transfers.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Contract Manufacturing a plus.
  • Experience in the medical products industry a plus.
  • Experience with ISO 13485 certified facility expansion and relocation projects preferred.
Physical Demands
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including internationally.
  • Travel percentage up to 15%.
  • This role is a hybrid role and will need to be in an office at least 4 days per week.


Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $96,000-$142,000.
