Job Details

Correctly understands and performs quality testing and inspection requirements. Conducts daily audits for the following focus areas:Calibration/verification of testing and measuring equipment Product testing and visual inspection results Product and process inspections Compliance to PPM and record keeping instructions Release of acceptable product Control of nonconforming materials (Raw Materials, Parent Rolls, and Finished Goods)Completes independent product audits. Provides and reinforces quality training for Team members. Supports Team members in the identification and control of nonconforming materials (raw materials, parent rolls, and finished goods)Performs special testing in support of product development, validation, and product investigations (nonconforming goods, complaints, and recalls)Enters test and inspection data into various quality record systems.
