The Role
The Client Relationship Advocate plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing client relationships to ensure an exceptional client experience. This position leads dynamic teams of consultants, including brokers and claims advocates, working collaboratively across WTW to deliver outstanding support and service. Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities are essential to effectively align resources with client needs.
A successful Client Relationship Advocate should possess:
Exceptional negotiation skills
Proven management capabilities, including mentoring and leading Account Coordinators
Extensive project management experience
Outstanding presentation skills
The Responsibilities
Retain and manage a complex portfolio of clients, proactively ensuring client satisfaction
Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's industry and strategic objectives
Provide insightful strategic planning and consulting advice, monitoring insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with WTW resources, practices, and industry specialists
Oversee the delivery of the E365 Plan and prepare the Client Stewardship report
Engage and integrate various WTW resources to enhance the client experience
Design and deliver impactful client presentations, stewardship reports, service plans, and schedules
This is a hybrid position based out of Miami or Atlanta, requiring both in-office attendance and client travel.
Qualifications
The Requirements
10+ years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in a client-facing role
Demonstrated experience with large and complex healthcare clients
In-depth knowledge of coverage forms to assess program design, identify coverage gaps, and provide ongoing consultation
Proficient in interpreting, analyzing, and presenting analytical models
Excellent relationship management skills to leverage internal and external resources and facilitate conflict resolution
Strong negotiation skills to craft solutions and achieve stakeholder alignment
Superior communication skills, including ability to conduct group presentations and technical discussions
Proven project management experience with large, complex, or multi-dimensional accounts
Open to feedback, with critical thinking skills and adaptability
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with relevant online tools
An active Property & Casualty insurance license with ongoing education requirements
