What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Operations Leader, your role will involve overseeing technical operations across several Express Car Wash locations, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and that every team member is supported in maintaining high standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 5-10 Site Leaders to assess and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure that our tunnels and systems work at full capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC system issues effectively.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and best practices in car wash maintenance.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, policies, and regulations at all locations.
• Train staff on safe equipment operation and maintain a culture of compliance.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage.

• Effectively manage resources, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and supplies for both routine and emergency repairs.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the car wash industry or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of car wash tunnel systems and experience with equipment installations.
• Expert-level troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• A valid driver's license with the capability to travel between locations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with car wash chemical systems.
• Experience managing maintenance teams or overseeing multiple operational sites.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a noisy, wet, and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
