Description:

Start your new career as a Production Expeditor Lead with MAU at The Bernard Group in Duncan, SC. As a Production Expeditor Lead, you will coordinate material and production job flows across multiple departments to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery. Work closely with the Bindery Team Lead to ensure the next jobs are aligned with operators' production needs. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in a production environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Ability to operate machinery and power tools
What You'll Do as a Production Expeditor Lead:
  • Lead, train, and guide team members on workflow and equipment
  • Coordinate movement of jobs through print, coating, cutting, finishing, kitting, and shipping departments
  • Scan and route jobs accurately to proper production locations
  • Stage and pull raw materials to reduce downtime and meet production needs
  • Communicate job status and realistic delivery timelines to Customer Service Reps (CSRs)
  • Monitor order progress and track performance against delivery goals
  • Ensure orders are inspected by Quality Control Specialists before shipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Pace, Collaterate, and other TBG systems
  • Collaborate with shipping staff to ensure correct packaging and preparation for delivery
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and recommend process improvements
  • Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
