Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Big Lots, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service. You will greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting merchandise, complete transactions, and answer questions about our store and products. Additionally, your role may involve unloading merchandise, managing freight, organizing the store, and stocking shelves.

Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to understand and follow retail operational documents.
Experience: Retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery, or drugstore experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities including walking, standing, twisting, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication.
