Key Responsibilities Training Delivery: Facilitate hands-on technical training sessions in areas such as equipment operation, safety, quality, and standard work procedures. Onboarding Support: Lead new hire orientation and initial skills training for manufacturing roles to ensure readiness for production. Curriculum Development: Create, revise, and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures, and visual aids to support learning objectives.
