We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is hybrid based in Cheyenne, WY. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $35-$40/hr to start
• Assignment: 11-month role with potential for extension based on performance and budget
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week; Hybrid: 4 days remote, 1 day onsite

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-Exempt and General Warehouse Associates, including sourcing, engaging, assessing, and extending offers, while maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and execute strategic staffing plans for the assigned geographic area, building partnerships with local colleges, military, and community organizations; proactively manage candidate pipelines and coordinate virtual and in-person hiring events.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring online job postings and search results are accurate, anticipating challenges, and adjusting strategies to meet headcount goals effectively.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or sourcing
• Strong technical proficiency and comfort using multiple platforms (Excel, PowerBI, Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.)
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic talent sourcing, including targeted sourcing techniques, market research, and identifying passive candidates via social platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific resources
