They are seeking a motivated Operations Specialist-ideal for recent college graduates with a finance-related degree or professionals currently in the financial industry looking to expand their skill set and advance their career.

What you get to do:

  • Support client account operations including account openings, transfers, money movements, and maintenance
  • Collaborate closely with advisors on client onboarding and ongoing service needs
  • Monitor account activity, asset flows, and account updates
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly client reports
  • Assist with cost basis research and tax-related reporting
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
  • Support portfolio management functions including:
    • Daily account monitoring and reporting
    • Trade entry, aggregation, and reconciliation
    • Investment performance tracking and analysis
    • Investment Policy Statement preparation
  • Generate Excel-based reports and financial outputs
  • Provide high-level service to clients via phone, email, and in person


What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Financial Services
    OR 3+ years of experience in the financial industry
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in banking, investments, insurance, or securities preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM and portfolio management systems is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills and confidence working with clients
  • Willingness to obtain CRPC certification (if not already held)
