Role Summary

The client is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant (Sales) to join the Enterprise Business Applications team. This role supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management initiatives, with a focus on sales-related business processes, functional design, implementation, and business transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and functional solution design
• Document current and future-state sales and enterprise business processes
• Configure D365 F&SCM and related ERP/CRM solutions (no coding)
• Support implementations, testing, training, and post-go-live activities
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver business value
• Manage project workstreams and mentor consultants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years ERP experience, or equivalent
• 4+ years experience with ERP or CRM platforms (D365 preferred)
• Strong consulting, communication, and business process design skills
• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint

Preferred

• Business applications certifications
• Experience with platforms such as D365, Business Central, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
