Joy of Toyko is hiring immediately for Cook Team Members to join their restaurant team in Greenville, SC.
As a Joy of Tokyo team member, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. With a keen eye for details, enthusiasm and optimism, you ensure our customer receives the best level of service in any interaction.
Restaurant Team Member - Cook Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute Company recipes and procedures for all dishes
- Follow local health department regulations in food handling, preparation & storage
- Operate all kitchen equipment in a safe manner
- Prepare company recipes at a consistently excellent level to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with management to count and control food inventory.

Requirements
- No kitchen or restaurant-specific experience necessary but need basic cooking knowledge.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well.
- Positive attitude.
- Loves serving and helping others and values teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet for several hours).
