Your Role as Kitchen Prep/Line Cook:

Positions can include these stations: Prep, Salad, Grill, Roll-Up, and Expo.

Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately

Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Menu and product knowledge

Managing orders efficiently

Preparing catering orders

Proper food handling and storage of food products

Maintaining/exceeding proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance

Maintaining/exceeding health department standards throughout each shift

Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas

Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties

Completing all course certifications for kitchen team members in our training platform

The Ideal Team Kitchen Prep/Line Cook:

Experience preferred but not required - we will train you!

Proper knife skills

Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary

Strong work ethic with passion and urgency

Dependable and reliable

Professional, humble attitude with respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand

All Employees Must:

Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your employee handbook)

Your Working Conditions / Hours: Hours will vary by store, but will be a combination of morning (8am-3pm), day (1pm-9pm), or evening shifts (3pm-9pm).

You'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.
