Production Technician - Electrical/Mechanical Assembly

Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (with required overtime as needed)

They are looking for you-an experienced Production Technician with strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly skills. This is a direct hire role offering stability and opportunities for growth.
What You Get to Do:
• Interpret work instructions, wiring diagrams, and quality control documents
• Follow technical instructions and read engineering blueprints
• Work with materials, specifications, and drawings
• Safely operate necessary equipment and complete assigned tasks across departments
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Successfully complete required training programs
• Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
What You Need to Succeed:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience (not assembly line or machine operator)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints desired
• Skillful in using hand tools and material handling equipment
• Ability to pass forklift certification and operate forklifts
• Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and math skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Active Driver's License required (for occasional equipment/vehicle operation)
