Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are looking for an LCMFT to provide relationship-focused therapy in a fully remote setting. This role supports individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional and relational challenges, with the flexibility of telehealth and the consistency of a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Use relational and systems-based approaches
• Develop treatment plans aligned with client needs
• Evaluate progress and adjust care plans
• Maintain compliant and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCMFT license
• Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
• Experience delivering relational therapy
• Strong understanding of family systems work
• Dependable time-management skills
