Title: Assembler
Location: Simpsonville, SC
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens

Available Shifts:
1st Shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available based on business needs

2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assembler, you will:

• Determine methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete instructions may not be provided
• Interpret and work from assembly drawings, schematics, production operation sheets, wire lists, and verbal instructions
• Use small hand tools including soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers
• Identify and select components for integration into sub-assemblies and assemblies
• Set up, align, and adjust components while maintaining specified tolerances
• Disassemble, rework, modify, refurbish, and reassemble units as required
• Potentially guide and support junior assemblers by reviewing their work or assigning tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Vocational/technical education in a relevant discipline (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Aerospace or defense industry experience
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics
• Experience working in a structured, quality-controlled production environment
