Entry-Level Welders - Simpsonville, SC

Recruiting Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Welders for a manufacturing client in Simpsonville, South Carolina (Greenville County/Upstate SC area). This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering weekly pay, steady hours, and long-term career opportunities in manufacturing.

• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure safety and quality standards are met

• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment

• Build real-world experience to grow into a skilled TIG welder

• Welding certificate required (recent graduates of high school, technical school, or welding programs are encouraged to apply)
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
