OpSource has partnered with a heavy industrial company located in Greenville, SC.

Pay for the position:

• $21.61/hr depending on shift.

Shifts for the position:

• 1 st shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday - Friday, Saturday overtime as needed.

Job requirements for the position may include:

• Receives work orders, specifications, prints, and/or sketches from supervisor to set up and operate specified machine to get job done.
• Welds metal parts or components using stick, MIG, or TIG equipment.
• Guides torch along weld line at specified speed and angle to weld, melt, cut, or trim metal.
• Welds in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions.
• Make necessary adjustments.
• Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded.
• Start and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures.
• Perming other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the position:

• 2+ years hand welding, MIG welding
• Pass a tape measure, mechanical aptitude, and weld test.
