Start your new career as a Forklift Operator with MAU with Magna Decostar in Piedmont, SC. As a Forklift Operator, you will support warehouse operations by safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize materials. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.What We Offer* Pay of $19.50 - $20.25 per hour based on the shift* Day and night shift positions available* Day Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM* Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM* Overtime available* Weekends and OT can be optional or mandatory* Health benefits, including telehealth medical services* 401k* Opportunity for advancementWhat We're Looking For* High school diploma or GED* Shipping and receiving experience (preferred)* Recent 6 month to 1 year Sit-down Forklift experience* Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with other department team members as well as the Decostar management teamWhat You'll Do as a Forklift Operator* Receive and load materials for shipment* Maintain and organize the warehouse and parts areas* Monitor parts and materials locations* Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities* Immediately report accidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe work conditions to the Team Leader* Strive to meet or exceed daily departmental performance objectives as directed by the Team Leader* Maintain a clean working environment and report any malfunctioning equipment* Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction* Perform other tasks as assignedJoin us for walk-in interviews every Monday through Thursday.
