Join our dynamic team as an experienced Designer leading retail and automotive projects, including car washes, renovations, acquisitions, and ground-up builds, from concept through completion. The role involves managing all phases of design, producing and reviewing high-quality construction documents, coordinating with regulatory authorities, and guiding the Design Team in research, drafting, and problem-solving. Strong Revit skills and the ability to independently make architectural decisions on complex challenges are essential. You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams nationwide, communicate effectively on design solutions, and apply advanced architectural knowledge to deliver innovative, efficient, and compliant projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We are seeking a skilled Design Lead to mentor and direct team members while efficiently producing and reviewing high-quality construction documents. The role includes conducting building code analysis, managing project milestones and budgets, performing quality control, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring constructability throughout the design process. You will communicate directly with clients, collaborate with contractors and municipalities, respond to RFIs, and prepare proposals, all while driving project success and guiding your team in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
