Job Title: Remote Real Estate Disposition Manager (100% Work From Home)

Salary:$1,800 - 2,000 USD/month + performance-based commission tied to closings, margins, and speed to close
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time with some flexibility due to transactions across the US in different time zones
Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Disposition Manager to own the resale of off-market vacant land deals. This is a revenue-driving role responsible for pricing, marketing, negotiating, and closing deals efficiently while maximizing profit.
Responsibilities:
Deal Execution & Disposition
- Manage real estate deals from contract execution through closing
- Price properties strategically using comparable sales, market data, and buyer demand
- Market available deals to buyer lists and investor networks
- Negotiate sale price, contract terms, and closing timelines
- Move deals efficiently from the Disposition Board to Closing
Buyer & Transaction Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers throughout the transaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat buyers and investor partners
- Coordinate closely with title companies, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay or jeopardize closing
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:
- Experience in land disposition, real estate sales, or investor-focused sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Performance Expectations & Success Metrics - Protect and improve deal margins
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM records
- Minimize deal fallouts through proactive communication and follow-through
- Deliver consistent monthly closings with clear pipeline visibility
