They keep organized patient records and help patient schedules flow smoothly. Theyre the glue to our operations, helping everyone to stay on track. The role provides prompt, courteous service to customers either on the phone or in person./ppThe specifics include ensuring high quality customer service while following all safety protocols. They ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store. They answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol. They process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed. They provide customers with basic and accurate information. They schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes. They file all patient records daily and pull patient files for the next days appointments. They check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays. They keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials. They receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries and maintain inventory of office supplies. They participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings./ppThe suitable talent has experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred but not required. They have 0-2 years related experience or training preferred. They have experience handling multiple phone lines preferred. They have strong customer service skills required. They have strong organizational skills required. They are fluent in reading speaking both English Spanish.
