The Enterprise Systems Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise systems across the university. This role is ideal for individuals who are technically inclined, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving institutional processes through technology in a higher education environment. Working closely with IT staff, academic departments, and administrative offices, the analyst ensures that university-wide systems function effectively, reliably, and meet the evolving needs of stakeholders. The Enterprise Systems Analyst serves as a member of the Enterprise Information Systems team, which supports services and systems of record at Furman University including Workday, internal and external websites, database systems, and other major applications. Frequently collaborates with stakeholders across the university to plan, coordinate, resolve issues, and present solutions.
