Position: CREW LEAD

Salary Range: $14 - $18/hour (depending upon experience)

Job Duties: Maintain routine care and upkeep of assigned properties that involve:

• Mowing of grass using Z-turn commercial mowers
• Edging of curbs and flower beds
• Trim grass with weed eater
• Blowing of leaves and brush
• Pruning of trees and shrubs
• General cleanup
• Assist with occasional small enhancement projects
• Following job specifications and recording job completion
• Interact with customers as needed

Requirements:

• Lawn maintenance/ landscaping experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be approved to drive by management and approved under company's liability insurance.
• Knowledge and skill in operating lawn care equipment
• Ability to direct and train others
• Crew Lead experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have mobile device for communicating with the crew and for using company's routing and scheduling software. A $50 monthly reimbursement will be allowed.

Work Hours: Must be able to work a normal Monday-Friday work week. Shifts vary 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with potential overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
