Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Learning and Operations team supporting onboarding enablement, learning programs, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Operations Specialist
Location: Greenville, SC (Onsite required 4 days a week, with potential for remote on Fridays and occasional remote days in the future)

Coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure readiness for new Gas Power Engineering hires
Manage training and seminar logistics for all learning events
Deliver standardized onboarding training sessions focused on professional excellence
Facilitate onboarding sessions introducing core values and culture of the organization
Support mentorship and network-building initiatives for new engineers
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple systems/tools
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities
