This leader manages Production Supervisors and their teams, supports throughput across assembly and end-of-line processes, and maintains strong communication across shifts to deliver fully assembled vehicles that meet customer, schedule, and quality requirements./ph3Your Impact/h3pLead Production Operations/pulliOversee production activities across assigned assembly or end-of-line areas, ensuring output aligns with schedule, quality, and safety requirements./liliMaintain a strong floor presence to monitor workflow, identify issues quickly, and provide direct support to supervisors and hourly teams./liliLead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors and extended teams fostering accountability and engagement./liliFosters culture of critical thinking and quick decision making that drives the business forward./li/ulpDrive Quality Throughput Excellence/pulliEnsure all vehicles and components meet or exceed established quality standards, including alignment with calibration, water-test, inspection, and repair requirements in end-of-line areas./liliPartner cross-functionally to remove production barriers, improve material flow, and drive efficient resolution of quality or equipment issues./liliSupport new equipment debugging and continuous process refinement./li/ulpChampion Continuous Improvement/pulliIdentify and implement methods, labor strategies, and process enhancements that reduce manufacturing cost, improve throughput, and elevate operator experience./liliSupport lean principles and structured problem-solving activities./li/ulpOperational Administrative Leadership/pulliManage labor, overtime, and department spending in alignment with established budgets./liliEnsure production schedules are met as determined by the master schedule./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3pSix or more years of related manufacturing experience/ph3Standout Qualifications/h3pBachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field./ppExperience leading production operations in automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or related vehicle assembly environments./ppDemonstrated success managing supervisors and large hourly teams within a multi-shift manufacturing model./ppExperience with production scheduling, manufacturing execution systems, and operational reporting (JD Edwards / MES experience a plus)./ppAbility to apply lean manufacturing tools, continuous improvement techniques, and structured problem-solving./ppStrong communication skills with proven effectiveness in shift-to-shift coordination and team leadership./ppPay Range: $82,900.00 - $134,300.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidates experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
