Pay is $18-$22/hr depending on experience. Roles will be employed through Kudzu staffing for the first 480 hours./ppBMarko Structures is a leading modular construction company manufacturing volumetric steel modules and shipping containers as permanent structures in the commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial space. Our structures are installed throughout the United States and abroad. We believe that its time for the construction industry to change. By completing up to 90% of our buildings at our factory, we are taking workers out of the job site and into streamlined manufacturing facilities./ppPosition Overview: The builder at BMarko Structures is responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing modular building components, with a preference for candidates who have carpentry experience. This role requires hands-on construction skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliAssemble and install structural components for modular and prefabricated buildings./liliPerform carpentry tasks such as framing, cutting, and fitting sheet metal and other materials./liliRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications./liliEnsure all work meets company quality standards and project requirements./liliOperate hand and power tools safely and efficiently./liliCollaborate with fabrication, welding, and painting teams to complete projects on schedule./liliMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols./liliAssist with general labor and support tasks as needed./li/ulpWork Environment: Work is performed in a non-climate controlled fabrication shop and on job sites. The role may require overtime and occasional travel to project locations./ppRequirements Qualifications:/pulliPrevious experience in construction, carpentry, or modular building assembly preferred./liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints preferred./liliSkilled in the use of hand and power tools./liliStrong attention to detail and quality./liliPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions./liliReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team./li/ulpPreferred Skills:/pulliCarpentry certification or formal training./liliExperience with modular or prefabricated construction./liliForklift or crane operation experience./li/ul/div
