Job Description

We are currently hiring Packagers for a warehouse operation in Piedmont, SC supporting our FedEx processing area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity through OpSource Staffing with long-term potential.

This role focuses on packing and processing packages for outbound shipment. Forklift experience is not required for this position.

Important Schedule Information (Please Read Carefully)

All new hires will train on 1st shift, after which they will be assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift based on business needs.
?? Employees do NOT get to choose their permanent shift.
?? Applicants must be flexible and willing to work any of the shifts listed below.

Available Shifts

1st Shift (4 positions total):

• 2 positions: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 2 positions: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

2nd Shift (3 positions total):

• Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and process packages for outbound shipment
• Prepare shipments for the FedEx area
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed (cross-training opportunities available)

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned shifts with no shift preference after training
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Prior warehouse or packaging experience preferred but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
