Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our sales operations, requiring the ability to learn and master several different skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize a combination of two or more ERPs (Oracle, PRD, PRP, or P80), Salesforce, Chatter, Teams, WIMS, and other applications that house customer information to research and respond to sales and customer inquiries.
• Provide necessary documentation for import processes, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information.
• Place and manage orders, assign cases, manage documentation, and investigate and handle issues upon sales request. This includes handling credit and/or re-bill requests and any other sales-related inquiries for specialty teams.
• Respond to sales inquiries and resolve issues quickly, competently, and professionally.
