divh2Senior Project Manager/h2pKimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Land Development practice in Greenville, SC!/ph3Responsibilities/h3pThe qualified individual will lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients. Leadership responsibilities include:/pulliOperating with integrity and sound business principles/liliProviding vision, business planning and strategy/liliEstablishing goals/liliBuilding and maintaining positive client relationships/liliHaving open communication with your partners and team/liliGrowing and leading a land development practice/li/ulpOur Project Managers/Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor./ppThe successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business. With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of an impressive bonus program with the potential to advance to ownership./ph3Qualifications/h3ulli8+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects/liliRegistered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license/liliExtensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners/liliStrong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D/liliBusiness development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work/liliAbility to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization/liliAbility to manage mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner/liliDemonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably/li/ulh3Why Kimley-Horn?/h3pAt Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
