Shealy Truck Centers is in search of a Service Advisor at our Duncan location. We are a full-service truck dealership representing Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, Cummins, and TICO, and Clark & Clement Trailers. Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they enter the service department
• Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
• Ensuring that customers understand the process from start to repair completion
• Preparing paperwork for customers
• Managing several computer systems simultaneously
• Facilitating customer repairs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid drivers license
• High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
• Great personality
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organization skills
• Detail oriented and flexible
• Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
