As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences. You'll assist customers both over the phone and in-person with their financial needs. In this role, you can expect to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service on phone calls and in-person interactions.

• Assist in preparing and processing loans and income tax returns.
