Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate!

• Customer Experience: Greet customers with warmth and assist them with products and services to enhance their experience. Resolve questions and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales and Operations: Efficiently register purchases, handle cash transactions, recommend products, and maintain a clean and well-organized store environment. Assist with inventory management and sales promotions.
• Pharmacy Support: Under the direction of the pharmacist, use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions accurately, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines. Report any issues immediately to the pharmacist and follow all company policies regarding pharmacy operations.
• Training & Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and maintain certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• PTCB certification is preferred but not required.
