Job Title: Robotic Welding Operator / TIG Welding Assistant

Pay: $17.00 per hour to start (with room for growth)

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: Start time 5:30 AM
  • Shifts: 10-12 hours per day
  • Some Saturdays: Half shifts from 5:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Description:

A manufacturer of high-quality cable trays and cable bus systems, is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our TIG welding department. This position focuses on loading and unloading parts for a robotic welding system, with long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing, robotics, or welding automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload parts into a robotic TIG welding cell
  • Monitor the welding process to ensure parts are properly positioned
  • Perform basic quality checks on finished welds
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and production standards
  • Assist the welding team as needed

Growth Opportunity:
  • On-the-job training in robotic welding operations
  • Opportunity to learn robotic setup and eventually assist with programming

Qualifications:
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 to 75 pound materials as required

  • Manufacturing or welding experience is a plus, but not required
