Facility Project Specialist. Location: Spartanburg, SC - relocation available. Overview. We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility Project Specialist to support the planning and execution of a next-generation high-performance computing (HPC) data center. This role supports design, permitting, utilities, vendor coordination, and construction activities while tracking schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure successful delivery. Reporting to senior leadership within Property Development, this is a hands-on, onsite role with long-term growth potential into a Facilities or Project Management position.
