The Teller I works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency while also educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions. Depth & Scope:Executes TD's Brand promise to customers by consistently executing appropriate behaviors to deliver a Legendary Customer experience in the Store. Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently. Processes cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with a high level of accuracy. Responds to and resolves customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures and escalating to management as necessary.
