We are looking for a highly skilled Service Electrician to join our Greenville, SC team. This position will be answering service calls, and you could be traveling up to an hour and a half away from the Greenville, SC, area. Company Vehicle will be provided.

Job Summary:

The Service Electrician Foreman leads a team of electricians in performing electrical service, maintenance, and repair work for commercial, industrial, and/or residential clients. This position requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate service calls efficiently while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Our work varies from project to project, but we expect our Electricians to:

• Supervise, coordinate, and assist electricians and apprentices on service projects and repair jobs.
• Plan and schedule daily service calls and emergency repairs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Communicate with clients to assess needs, explain repairs, and provide cost estimates.
• Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA standards.
• Verify material needs, place orders, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Complete job documentation, service reports, and timesheets accurately.
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
• Work closely with management to ensure service goals and deadlines are met.
• Work independently or with a team
• Listen, follow directions, and complete assigned work

• High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of electrical experience, including at least 2 years in a service environment.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Proficient with electrical testing equipment, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
